What it is
In the Rodan Insights Framework™, commercial insight is not a dashboard or a one-off analysis. It is a repeatable run through seven stages (Frame, Source, Options, Execute, Sole, Sustain and the gateway diagnostic) using three lenses: customer, commercial and operational.
The question it answers: can we turn data into decisions the board would act on?
When to start
Insights without governance is opinion with charts. Insights without maturity is a deck you cannot reproduce next quarter. Most buyers start with the Insights Diagnostic to de-risk before a full run.
